Kristl Bray, LCSW, BCBA, Owner of Quantum Era Clinical Services
Kristl Bray has worked as a behavior analyst in the human services field since 2005, bringing over 30 years of experience working with individuals with Autism, their families, and diverse communities. Her journey began in a residential group home for children, adolescents, and adults with Autism, where she first encountered the evidence-based practices foundational to modern Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). What started as a job to get her through college has blossomed into a fulfilling career dedicated to empowering individuals and families to create meaningful, lasting change.
Kristl earned her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation in 2002, and by 2005, she had advanced to a behavior analyst role in the group home setting. Her deep commitment to understanding human behavior led her to pursue a Master’s in Social Work in 2010. After serving with the Utah National Guard in Afghanistan, she completed her BCBA certification in 2013 and earned her LCSW in 2015. Her career has since focused on both individual therapy and behavior analysis, particularly with children and adolescents in professional foster care through the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS).
Kristl has a passion for person- and family-centered care, shaped by years of experience working with complex diagnoses and collaborating with support teams in homes, schools, and vocational programs. Her approach integrates relational frame theory and "person-in-environment" constructs, helping clients build flexible thinking and sustainable behavior changes that enhance their quality of life. In 2024, she founded Quantum Era Clinical Services, with a vision of guiding individuals and families on a new behavioral health journey—one that fosters personal growth, resilience, and connection.
At Quantum Era Clinical Services, Kristl offers both individual and family therapies, specializing in trauma-informed, person-centered care. She integrates evidence-based practices to treat individuals from the inside out, supporting clients at all life stages. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, developmental challenges, or navigating systems like DCFS, Kristl's approach is compassionate, empowering, and rooted in collaboration. Her extensive background as both a BCBA and LCSW ensures that clients receive a comprehensive, tailored experience that blends therapeutic insight with behavioral science.
Kristl’s love for learning and her "hopeless optimism" are contagious. She believes in making the world a better place one session at a time, thriving on collaboration with families, clinical professionals, and stakeholders to find win-win solutions. As she often says, “When we stop learning today, we stop teaching tomorrow.” At Quantum Era Clinical Services, Kristl is dedicated to empowering individuals and families with the tools to make positive, lasting changes—ensuring a brighter future in this new era of behavioral health.
